Together for the future of communities: Sharing and strategy in Huila

PASCAL
PASCAL meeting promotes strategic alignment and sharing of good practices between partners and local authorities.

The Project to Support Civil Society and Local Administration in Angola (PASCAL) held a transformative meeting in the province of Huíla, at the Serra da Chela Hotel, bringing together 55 participants, including representatives from the Ministry of Territorial Administration, municipal administrations, partner organizations and trainers.

From December 2 to 6, the event aimed to consolidate the project’s progress, share experiences of the training-action process in the pilot municipalities and align strategies for the future. With an emphasis on decentralization and citizen participation, the initiative was marked by reflections on results, challenges and lessons learned.

The agenda included in-depth analysis of activities carried out, discussion of monitoring records and presentations of results, as well as collaborative sessions to plan the next steps. This meeting, funded by the European Union, reinforces our commitment to building a more inclusive and participatory Angola.
