PASCAL Team sets ambitious goals for a year of impact.
In the first coordination meeting of the year, the PASCAL team met to align strategies and discuss the priority activities of the month and year. With the participation of the five Focal Points, Assistants for Civil Society, and the project management, led by Pablo López and moderated by Teófilo Kaingona, 2024 balance sheets were presented and expectations were defined by province. In addition, monitoring and evaluation strategies were adjusted, and major events up until May 2025 were highlighted. The aim is to ensure that 2025 is a year of significant transformations for the project.
