Strategic reflection and renewed commitment mark meeting facilitated by PASCAL.
With the aim of evaluating the actions for 2024, the CTGOM of Cachiungo met for a moment of analysis and planning. The meeting, facilitated by PASCAL, highlighted progress, pointed out challenges and reinforced the importance of collaborative work between the members and the Municipal Administration.
In line with our commitment to strengthening local dynamics, we encouraged and facilitated the annual stocktaking meeting of the CTGOM do Cachiungo. Six of the 12 active members were present, and the absences were justified due to participation in other training.
The meeting was an opportunity to review the activities carried out, which included visits to the projects carried out, internal meetings, meetings with the Municipal Administrator and participation in training activities. During the debate, the members identified strengths and areas for improvement, making a commitment to consolidate their actions in a detailed report to be shared with the Administration.
We therefore reaffirm the importance of meetings like this, which strengthen citizen participation and promote more inclusive and efficient local governance, with a direct impact on communities.
