In Huambo, the PASCAL team, represented by Maria de Lassalete, Focal Point, and Alberto Mango, CSO Assistant, is transforming the dynamics of citizen participation.
In another week of impact, training was given to the Residents’ Committees, focusing on their role in monitoring projects, and to the women of the Bailundo CSOs, in partnership with the Municipal Directorate of Social Action, on participation in public life.
The week culminated with two key moments: the exchange between Civil Society Organizations of the Consortium on Local Governance and the Youth Forum, reaffirming our commitment to strengthening communities and promoting sustainable development. These actions reflect our mission to empower citizens and organizations for more inclusive and participatory governance.
