Strategic alignment between teams to maximize project effectiveness.
As part of its commitment to strengthening citizen participation and local governance, PASCAL, a project funded by the European Union, held its first hybrid coordination meeting at 9 a.m. today.
The meeting involved Civil Society Support Assistants, Focal Points, consultants and the project’s coordination team, with the aim of articulating upcoming actions and sharing results achieved so far.
During the session, strategic topics were covered to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the project, including the presentation of the participants, a status report on the activities of the Focal Points and Civil Society Assistants, as well as the system for monitoring and evaluating the actions. JMJ also intervened, presenting a planning process with a focus on collaboration between the focal points and assistants.
The meeting highlighted the importance of continuous communication between the teams and reaffirmed PASCAL’s commitment to promoting more inclusive and participatory governance in the target communities.
