José Tiago, Focal Point of PASCAL in Luanda, a project funded by the European Union, held two key meetings with the aim of strengthening the coordination and implementation of priority projects in the communities of Viana and Vila Flor.

At the first meeting, with the Coordinator of the Viana CTGOM, they discussed the preparation of training and the restitution of community projects, which will be included in the portfolio of actions for 2025. They also discussed the creation of synergies between the Viana and Icolo e Bengo CTGOMs, promoting the exchange of experiences and best practices for more effective project implementation.

The second meeting, held with the Head of Secretariat of the Vila Flor Urban District, Esmeraldina Matos, focused on presenting PASCAL’s objectives and strategic alignment to facilitate the implementation of the project in the district, ensuring the active participation of local communities.

These meetings reinforce PASCAL’s commitment to promoting participatory and inclusive governance, with a focus on the sustainable development of Luanda’s communities.
