
PASCAL held the first module of the training on participation and open governments in the CTGOM workroom in Cacuso. The training was attended by 4 members, including the co-commander and his deputy, the secretary and a member.
During the training, participants explored concepts related to governance and governance, participatory local governance, civic participation, importance and expected results, participatory structure and participatory: concept and principles.
The work was carried out individually and, later, carried out in full with the intervention of the participants and with the material presented at the local focal point. The training lasted four hours and was highly productive, contributing to the strengthening of the capacity of the CTGOM members in Cacuso.
