From March 25 to 27, PASCAL concluded a training cycle on Participatory Budgeting (PB) at ENAPP in Luanda.
The training, which is part of a broader program that began in the provinces of Huambo, Benguela, Huíla and Malanje, was attended by CTGOM members from five Luanda municipalities, namely: Cazenga, Luanda, Viana, Talatona and Icolo e bengo, members of the municipal administrations and the technical committees of the municipal budget, as well as representatives of civil society.
For three days, Dr. Daniel Muondo, a specialist in social work from UNESP in Brazil, taught modules on participatory budgeting, addressing key aspects of the program’s implementation. This training aims to train municipal CTGOMs and members of civil society in activities related to participatory budgeting, providing relevant knowledge to improve citizen participation and public management.
