Last Tuesday, the CAC of the Hoque commune, in the municipality of Lubango, received training on participatory governance, led by Manuel das Mangas, Focal Point of PASCAL in the province of Huíla, a project financed by the European Union.
The training was opened by Mr. Paulo Kaluyombo, Hoque Community Administrator, and was attended by 29 people, including 3 women and 26 men.
The aim of the training was to train the Hoque community in participatory governance, thus contributing to local development.
