Formação Luanda

The intensive training in “Communication for Development, Leadership and Conflict Management” began today in Luanda, bringing a valuable opportunity for members of civil society organizations to enhance their skills.

This event is part of a series of training sessions that have already taken place in the provinces of Huambo, Benguela and Huíla, and are now covering the capital.

The training, facilitated by PASCAL’s Communication and Visibility Specialist, Nelson Rodrigues, and Independent Consultant, Maria Pongue, aims to equip participants with theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of communication for development, leadership and conflict management. Using a participatory and practical methodology, the facilitators combine theory and practical exercises to maximize learning and application of the skills acquired.

This training cycle is an initiative of PASCAL, a project funded by the European Union, aiming to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations to promote good governance and active participation in local communities.
