The project Support to Civil Society in Local Governance in Angola (PASCAL) aims to contribute towards a more inclusive society in terms of participatory governance, and focuses on under-represented sections of society, such as women, young people, and people with functional diversity. The project is fully funded by the European Union (EU), with an implementation period that runs from June 2021 to May 2025.
