PASCAL and the Ministry of Territorial Administration align agenda for joint activities
The PASCAL Board had a productive meeting with the Secretaries of State for Territorial Administration, Dr. Teresa Quivienguele, and for Local Authorities, Dr. Fernando Paixão Manuel, to analyze the activities of the PASCAL Project in year IV and align the activities of the Ministry of Territorial Administration (MAT) with the project’s actions for 2025. The meeting also covered the organization of regional workshops on Participatory Budgeting (PB), where the MAT will be present, ensuring that the content is relevant and aligned with the Ministry’s priorities.
During the meeting, the importance of continuing to share timely information with the Ministry was discussed, to ensure that scheduled events are in line with MAT designations, avoiding overlap. This strategic alignment aims not only to optimize joint efforts, but also to ensure that PASCAL and MAT collaborate effectively for the country’s sustainable and inclusive development.
