First Municipal Public Policy Conference highlights the participation of civil society.

At the 1st Municipal Civil Society Conference in Kiwaba Nzoji, promoted by the Kutunga Consortium, we discussed ways to strengthen the development and implementation of inclusive public policies. With panels led by Brito Xiri and Anabela Kidiaca, from the Municipal Administration, and Jenuíno Roque, Focal Point of PASCAL, the event was a milestone in promoting more participatory governanceChaired by the Municipal Administrator, José Neves, the conference reinforced the importance of the partnership between civil society and the local administration to create practical solutions that meet the needs of the community. The event highlighted PASCAL’s role in building bridges between civil society and administrative bodies, promoting more active and effective participation in the municipality.

PASCAL reaffirms its commitment to empowering citizens and civil society organizations to build a more inclusive and participatory Angola.
