ASD is a non-governmental and non-profit organization based in Angola, operating in the province of Huila, specifically in the municipalities of Lubango, Humpata, and Chibia. To foster stronger and more effective participation from civil society, particularly under-represented groups such as women and young people, in local decision-making platforms.
