Uniting local organizations to build a more inclusive and participatory future
At PASCAL, we believe that the active participation of civil society is essential for strengthening communities. In this spirit, the Organizing Committee of the Benguela Municipal Civil Society Conference met to begin preparations for this important event. During the meeting, held at the ADRA Antena Benguela office, the speakers were defined and the Okuveleka organization was elected by consensus as the coordinator of the commission. The OEDC will be responsible for logistical matters.
The meeting was attended by various local organizations, such as Tchatokota, Tchetu, OHI, Ocisola, Omunga and ADRA Antena Benguela, which together will work to ensure an impactful event, capable of promoting dialogue and building solutions to local issues. This event will be a unique opportunity to strengthen participatory governance and involve communities in the development process.
