An action of dialogue and collaboration to strengthen communities and transform the municipality.
We had the honor of participating in the first Community Consultation Council of the Municipality of Catete, a fundamental action to listen to the needs of the population and collect ideas that will contribute to local development.
Attended by around 150 participants, including 20 women, representing various sectors of the community, such as farmers, opinion leaders and youth associations, this meeting was a great opportunity to identify project proposals that will leverage the future of the region.
We were represented by our Focal Point José Tiago and Civil Society Assistant Apolónia Gabriel, to accompany and support this moment of integration and collaboration, which included the participation of Administrator Mr. Anderson and General Paca.
The exchange of ideas and the joint construction of solutions are essential for strengthening participatory governance and moving communities forward. This is just the first step on a journey towards a more prosperous and sustainable future for Catete.
