CTGOM members receive training to face the challenges of the new Political-Administrative Division.
With a commitment to empowering local leaders and promoting citizen participation, we began a cycle of training in Luanda province. The first training took place in the municipality of Viana and focused on drawing up action plans for CTGOM members.
During the training, participants had the opportunity to review strategies and adjust their practices to the demands of the new Administrative Political Division, which requires greater dynamism and citizen engagement. This training reflects our ongoing effort to strengthen local capacities and ensure that the challenges of participatory governance are met with efficiency and innovation.
The activity highlighted the importance of structured and collaborative planning, ensuring that the old team is restructured to meet the needs of the new context. This is another significant step towards more inclusive and effective local governance, directly benefiting Luanda’s communities.
