Who they are

AJOMA is a non-governmental civil society organization (CSO) committed to empowering young people women and civil society to actively participate in inclusive and decentralized governance.

Through the “Engaging young people and women for servant governance” project, AJOMA promotes socio-economic development and social cohesion in local communities.

To strengthen the capacity of youth, women and organization to influence governance processes, engage in local decision making, and contribute to sustainable development.

 

impact

AJOMA’s work reaches over 10,000 people in the municipalities of Calcula, Humpata, and Chibia, Being more inclusive and empowered communities across Huila province.

 

Duration of activity

The total duration of their action is 12 months: beginning on May the 14th 2024 and ending on May the 13th 2025.
