Course prepares local administration staff to face challenges with practical and innovative solutions.
Participating in the Introduction to Public Service Course, promoted by MAT, was a unique opportunity for the Local Administration staff, PASCAL and the other organizations present at the meeting.
The training session was attended by over 150 participants in person and another 150 virtually, providing an in-depth insight into the challenges of the Angolan administrative system, with classes led by Professor Dr. Carlos Feijó and international experts, including representatives from the Spanish Ministry of Territorial Policy and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities (FEMP).
Participants explored crucial topics such as financial deconcentration, effective decentralization and resolution of conflicts of competences, with inspiring examples from the Spanish experience.
This course reinforces PASCAL’s commitment to training leaders and strengthening local governance, promoting a more efficient public administration that is closer to communities.
