The municipality of Cacula took an important step towards organizing and training Residents’ Committees. In a strategic meeting, PASCAL’s Focal Point, Manuel das Mangas, together with the Director of the Legal Office and Support for Residents’ Committees and the Head of the CM Support Section, aligned the dates for the 2025 training sessions.
The training sessions, postponed due to the rainy season in the communes of Tchicuaqueia and Chituto, now have a renewed focus on training the Residents’ Committees and the creation of the Municipal Residents’ Council. This effort strengthens participatory governance, ensuring that communities are prepared to act in an organized and proactive manner in decisions that impact their daily lives.
