During the study visit to Spain, the Angolan delegation, accompanied by PASCAL, had the opportunity to visit the Fuenlabrada City Council. At this meeting, crucial topics were discussed, such as strategic planning processes involving young people, women and children, as well as innovative training models for civil servants.
The aim of this visit is to help improve the legislative, regulatory and institutional framework for participatory governance in Angola.
The president of the Council, Juan José Jurado Balbuena, led the meeting, allowing for a valuable exchange of experiences between Angola and Spain. This meeting strengthens partnerships and reinforces mutual commitment to innovation and good governance.
