The CTGOM of the municipality of Lubango participated in a training meeting on “Document Preparation Techniques”, promoted by PASCAL, a project financed by the European Union.
The training, led by the project’s Focal Point, Manuel das Mangas, was attended by nine members of CTGOM, including three women, as well as Eduardo Gabriel, a member of the technical group monitoring the Huíla participatory budget.
The main objective of the meeting was to train CTGOM in document preparation, with a view to strengthening its skills in this area. The event ended with a moment of fellowship among the participants, promoting the exchange of experiences and networking among members.
