Transformation and impact: PASCAL concludes first training in Huambo

PASCAL successfully completed the first of a series of trainings focused on Communication for Development, Leadership and Conflict Management in Huambo.

This initiative, aimed at 30 members of civil society organizations, was an enriching experience, providing practical and transformative learning.

Participants left the training with new skills and knowledge that will transform their organizations and communities:

  • Effective communication: Civil society organizations are now better equipped to communicate their messages clearly and impactfully, using techniques learned during training.
  • Strengthened leadership: Leaders are more confident and prepared to motivate their teams and lead projects that meet the needs of communities.
  • Conflict resolution: Empowerment to identify and resolve conflicts constructively, promoting a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
