On July 18th and 19th, PASCAL – a project funded by the European Union, held another successful training session in Benguela.
The training, focused on Communication for Development, Leadership and Conflict Management, empowered members of civil society organizations, strengthening their skills and preparing them to become effective and resolute leaders.
Participants of the training in Benguela left with enhanced skills that will transform their organizations and communities. Organizations are now better equipped to communicate their messages clearly and effectively, using the techniques and tools learned. In addition, leaders are more confident and prepared to motivate their teams and lead projects that meet the needs of communities.
Participants were also empowered to identify and resolve conflicts constructively, promoting a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
According to the participants, they understood the importance of clear communication to engage the community in their projects, in the same way, the training strengthened their leadership skills and prepared them to deal with challenges within their organizations.
We are excited to continue this journey of empowerment and growth. The next training will be in Huíla on July 22nd and 23rd. Stay tuned to our social media for more updates and inspiring stories.
