STRENGTHENING TRANSPARENCY AND LEADERSHIP IN HUÍLA.
Manuel das Mangas, PASCAL Focal Point in Huíla, was present at the municipal forum for accountability and collection of contributions for the preparation of the budget of the Municipal Administrations of Lubango and Cacula.
In addition, Manuel also participated in the training on “Communication for Development, Leadership and Conflict Management”, given by PASCAL’s communications specialist, Nelson Rodrigues, and independent consultant Maria Pongue.
The training’s main objective was to train local leaders to face challenges and promote transparent and effective management.
