
TRAINING FOR COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT.
On 29 and 30 July, we successfully concluded the last stage of our training series on “Communication for Development, Leadership and Conflict Management” in Malanje. Aimed at members of civil society organizations, this training was essential for strengthening these organizations, empowering their leaders and promoting a collaborative and effective environment.
The training in Malanje provided participants with fundamental skills to improve communication, strengthen leadership and resolve conflicts constructively. The techniques and tools acquired enable members of organizations to:
- Improve communication: Communicate messages clearly and impactfully, using effective techniques and digital tools.
- Strengthen leadership: Leaders are more confident and prepared to motivate their teams and lead projects that meet the needs of communities.
- Resolve conflicts: Identify and resolve conflicts constructively, promoting a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
Through this action, PASCAL is making a significant contribution to participatory governance in Angola. It empowers members of civil society organizations, promotes transparency, accountability and inclusion in decisions that affect communities, and builds a more just and participatory society.
