Young leaders in Malanje empower organizations with impactful communication strategies

Malanje formação (5)
The course trains 38 young people in institutional communication and press relations, preparing them to increase the visibility and influence of their social causes.

The Institutional Communication and Press Office training brought together 38 young leaders committed to strengthening their organizations and their communities.

During 8 hours of intense learning, we tackled the power of institutional communication in strengthening organizations, developed internal and external communication strategies, and created real communication plans to tackle local challenges through group dynamics.

What inspired us most was the enthusiasm of the participants when they realized how effective communication can amplify the impact of their social actions and transform the way their organizations connect with the public.

This training, which will take place on 24 and 25 October in Malanje, is part of component 3.2.3 of PASCAL, which aims to train civil society organizations in communication and press relations to improve the visibility and credibility of their causes. The aim is to prepare young leaders to build more strategic relationships with the local and national media, ensuring that their voices are heard.

We will continue with more activities focused on press relations, where participants will learn how to ensure that their messages reach a wider audience, including decision-makers and funders.

We thank all the participants for joining us on this journey to strengthen civil society and build a more connected and participatory Angola.
