Technical assistance to the Articulation Space in Malanje paves the way for more effective cooperation with Local Authorities.
The day was marked by an important step in building the capacity of Malanje’s Traditional Authorities. Technical assistance to the Articulation Space (EA) brought together six traditional leaders, including Regedor Golombole, coordinator of the EA, to discuss strategies and align actions ahead of the group’s first formal meeting under new leadership.
The meeting focused on the crucial role of Traditional Authorities in promoting more inclusive and effective local governance. Issues such as working conditions and the need for greater cooperation with Local Authorities were discussed, based on Article 225 of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola (CRA), highlighted by Regedor Golombole.
This effort reflects PASCAL’s commitment to strengthening the capacity of Traditional Authorities to play an even more significant role in the development of their communities.
